Plot Summary

Billy and Kate are now living in , working for media magnate Daniel Clamp. Meanwhile, Gizmo has been captured by Clamp's genetics research division and imprisoned in the very tower block that Billy works in. It isn't long before Gizmo gets wet and a host of mischievous are on the rampage, guided by their intelligent leader, the Brain Gremlin.
