An American science fiction film directed by Joseph Sargent. It is comprised of two episodes of the television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964-1968), The Concrete Overcoat Affair Part I (25 November 1966) and The Concrete Overcoat Affair Part II (2 December1966).

Plot Summary

U.N.C.L.E. agents Napoleon Solo and Ilya Kuryakin are sent to Sicily where T.H.R.U.S.H. is trying to team up with a former Nazi scientist with plans to divert the Gulf Stream and create freezing weather in most of the northern hemisphere.
