Premise

Two children and their dog on a sailing trip are stranded on the Scottish island of Rockall where they find that it’s the home of the 150-year old telepathic criminal known only as The Master. From his fortress, The Master and his henchmen are planning to hold the world to ransom with their ray weapon.
