Premise

Romana is summoned back to Gallifrey but en route, the TARDIS hits turbulence and falls through a CVE and ends up in an alternative universe, E-Space. On the planet Alzarius, a group of people live aboard a stranded starliner while a breakaway group, the Outlers, prefer to live on the planet’s surface. During the Mistfall, when the air is said to be toxic, the dreaded Marshmen emerge from a lake to terrorise the Outlers. But are the Starliner inhabitants really the descendants of the original crew as their leader claims?
