Plot Summary

While on safari in Nepal with his girlfriend, Joe is chosen to become the new chief of a tribe and is given many strange magical powers. Back to Hong Kong, he is approached by a tribal slave girl who gives him the token of authority. As Joe and the girl fall in love, he has to battle The Messenger of Evil who has come looking for both the token and a human sacrifice.
