An American science fiction film directed by Cirio H. Santiago.
Plot Summary
In a post-apocalyptic 2025, “almost 40 years since the great holocaust,” Matthew, the leader of a group of rebels, leads the struggle against evil warlord Zaar, who is trying to find the mystical Spear of Destiny, or the Spear of Longinus, supposedly the spear that pierced the side of Christ as he was dying on the cross. Matthew retrieves it first and uses its powers to travel back in time to 1986 where he meets anthropologist Michelle and her boyfriend Slade. He saves the couple from a biker gang but dies of injuries he received in the struggle, leaving the spear in their care, telling them to find the shaft so that the spear can change the course of the future.
