Plot Summary

The Whispering Shadow uses television and radio signals to control his gang of thugs who then commit crimes on his behalf. The brother of a man murdered by the gang comes to suspect Professor Strang, proprietor of a creepy wax museum whose mannequins may conceal murderous secrets…
