Plot Summary

In a land where everyone is born with a pointy head, Oblio is born with a rounded head. Initially he hides his difference under a pointy hat but when his secret is revealed he is banished from the town. With just a dog, Arrow, for company he meets a lot of strange characters and learns something about discrimination and tolerance.
