Plot Summary

In the town of El Paris, the ugly, hunchbacked child Quasimodo is abandoned by his parents and placed in the care of the town’s fundamentalist archdeacon, Frollo, and his place in the family is taken by a young Cuban girl, Esméralda. Twenty years later, El Paris is being stalked by a serial killer who has already claimed 18 victims and the finger of suspicion points at Quasimodo.
