Plot Summary
Health-tonic salesman Windy Weebe suggests that the clean-living farming family the Higgins' swim the English Channel. Daughter Katie is chosen for the task but has to fend off the attentions of amorous Frenchman André Lanet. Along the way she dreams of swimming with Tom and Jerry.
