Premise
17th century pirate Black Jack Savage was hung in the courtyard of his castle. To avoid spending eternity in Hell, he must save one life for every one that he's taken. In modern day New York, corrupt businessman Barry Tarberry flees stock market fraud charges and ends up on the island of San Pietro, buying the estate that once belonged to Black Jack. The ghost of Jack tells him that he too will end up in Hell unless he changes a way and they strike a deal – in Barry helps him on his mission, he can half can have half credit toward his own afterlife.
