An Italian/French horror film directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini.
Plot Summary
As the Second World War nears its conclusion, four dignitaries in the Nazi controlled northern Italian state Salo round up sixteen teenaged men and women and take them to a large castle near Marzabotto. Along with a handful of guards and servants, the men take four middle-aged women who tell them sexually deviant tales which are acted out by the unwilling youths: the Circle of Manias, the Circle of Shit and the Circle of Blood.
