A British fantasy television series with an educational slant. The series featured “Mr Broom” a one-man band and singer created by Andy Munro who had already established his act through live appearances. Initially, the series was only shown in Scotland but from its second year was shown throughout the UK on BBC2.
Premise
Mr Boom lives in his domed house on the moon and listens to stories told by storytellers aboard the “space mobile library” and observes the people of Earth through his telescope.
