Plot Summary
Compulsive liar Billy Colton witnesses his history teacher Willard murdering his prostitute neighbour and of course no-one believes him. Willard and his brother are Satanists who have been murdering prostitutes and he has to team up with retired Detective Devereaux and rescue his girlfriend who has been abducted by the brothers.
