An American horror film directed by George A. Romero and John A. Russo. The film is primarily Romero's Night of the Living Dead (1968) but with new scenes shot by Russo and a new soundtrack by Scott Vladimir Licina.

Plot Summary

A group of people are trapped in a remote farmhouse when the recently dead inexplicably start to return to live and go looking for human flesh. Relationships in the house deteriorate rapidly as the siege continues.
