An American horror television series created by Jeff Rice. It originally aired in the States on ABC. A revival series, titled The Night Stalker (2005) followed and a character that looked remarkably like Kolchak appeared in the revived version of The X Files (1993-2018) in an episode titled Mulder and Scully Meet the Were-Monster in 2016.
Premise
Chicago-based journalist Carl Kolchak finds himself investigating in a series of bizarre supernatural stories involving vampires, werewolves, zombies, aliens and other oddities.
