Plot Summary

In the year 3000, in the wake of a nuclear war, the Earth has been turned into a desert and is in short supply. A group of survivors living in a cave finally run out of water and start sending teams out to find more, teams that invariably fail to return. They're falling prey to a savage motorcycle gang, but help is at hand in the shape of a mysterious stranger who appears out of the desert…
