Premise

A couple are involved in a traffic accident caused by a hitchhiker they've picked up. Janet comes t suspect that Martin, who was attacked by the mysterious hitchhiker, is changing, becoming like his assailant and that he may be a doppelganger, a being from another dimension who takes the place of humans.
