Plot Summary
11-year-old Charlie has tremendous pyrokinetic powers and has been the subject of a research programme by sinister government agency The Shop who want to harness her powers as a weapon. Her parents Andy and Vicky go on the run with their daughter hoping to protect her from pursuing agents.
