Plot Summary
A small alien is stranded on Earth when government scientists disturb his plant-collecting expedition and his colleagues take off without him. E.T. befriends a young boy, Elliot, and tries to find a way get home. But all the while, the government agents are closing in and E.T.'s time is running out.
