Premise

The TARDIS crew opt for a holiday at the famous Leisure Hive on the planet Argolis but find that the surface of the planet has been devastated by a twenty minute war with the Foamasi that has left the inhabitants sterile. The Leisure Hive, which now boasts a Tachyon Recreation Generator, is losing money and a Earth representative is trying to get the Argolins to sell out to the Foamasi. But Pangol, the youngest Argolin and one created by the TRG, resists the sale and plans to use it to create an army of clones that will take their revenge on the Foamasi.
