Plot Summary
The people of Mars celebrate the return of space explorer Colonel Cosmic who has just completed a trip to Earth in search of new energy to power the state limousine owned by their dictatorial leader Ogg the Magnificent. He brings with him news of gasoline and its many perceived benefits.
