An American/Russian horror film directed by Greydon Clark. It was originally developed as a sequel to The Phantom of the Opera (1989) and was announced at the 1990 American Film Market with George Mihalka attached as director, Don Carmody as producer and Duke Sandefur as screenwriter.

Plot Summary

A homicidal dance instructor brings his troupe to Russia and begins a killing spree.
