Plot Summary

An anthology of three short horror stories by Stephen King connected by an all-seeing cat. Quitters, Inc.: the cat is temporarily adopted by a New York doctor who uses tortures patients into giving up smoking. The Ledge: the cat is taken in by the millionaire Cressner who discovers that his wife is cheating on him with Norris, her tennis coach and forces him to walk along a narrow ledge around his penthouse apartment. The General: the cat is found by a young girl, Amanda, who is being terrorised by a troll who lives in the wainscoting of her bedroom.
