A Japanese animated science fiction television series based on a 1971 manga by Mitsuteru Yokoyama.

Premise

Schoolboy Koichi learns that he is the reincarnation of an alien entity known as Babel and has inherited his powers. Along with three protectors, the shape-shifting black panther Rodem, Ropross, a pterodactyl-like creature and a giant robot named Poseidon, he defends the Earth against alien invaders.
