Plot Summary

After being seriously injured in a battle with a rogue boomer, Captain Billy Fanword of the AD Special Mobile Squad has his brain and tongue transplanted into an experimental cyborg body. He begins to lose touch with his humanity as he takes higher doses of the drug DA-27 designed to heighten his artificial senses. Am overdose of the drug sends him insane and it's up to his former lover and fellow A.D. Police operative Jeena to stop him.
