PLOT SUMMARY

On a remote and forbidding planet, a group of archaeologists have established a base deep inside a network of caves. While out exploring one day, one of the team, Sandy, is abducted by a monstrous alien that forcibly impregnates her. As the alien fetuses gestate inside her, Sandy is driven insane by the need for blood to feed her offspring and starts slaughtering her fellow scientists.

CAPSULE REVIEW

A poorly written and very obvious rip-off of Alien (1979). The cast struggles gamely with the terrible dialogue but there's little they can do with the dreadful script. Warren, a long way from his 70s best, also does what he can and some of the scenes in the caves are spookily shot, but overall this is an underachieving affair scuppered by that terrible, terrible script.
