PLOT SUMMARY

In a near future Australia, the Doctor discovers that he is the double of a politician scientist named Salamander who has developed a revolutionary technique for storing and distributing solar energy. but is Salamander everything he seems - and who or what is behind the series of earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters that are coming close to destroying the world. To determine the truth, teh Doctor goes undercover impersonating Salamander.
