PLOT SUMMARY

On the planet Melkior 5, our heroes arrive on a massive refuse dump. Discovering a 2000-storey skyscraper where the occupants have arranged their society with the aristocrats living at the top and the proles seeking refuge at the bottom, Quick sets about restoring the balance.
