PLOT SUMMARY
Diana and Regina, a pair of detectives better
known as The Red Lips, travel to a remote island investigating the
killing of a messenger. They are caught up in the search by several
interested parties for the notes left behind by the late Professor
Bertrand who made important progress in his work on eugenics. They
meet the product of Bertrand's work, a mutant muscleman, and various
other strange characters along the way.
